Before booking any tretaments or courses it is important to fully read and understand these terms and conditions.

Words used a meanings 'we' 'us' 'our' meaning Bespoke Beauty 

'you' 'your' meaning you who is booking with us 

please be aware by booking an appointment with bespoke beauty whitehaven you agree and abide by these terms and conditions set out by bespoke beauty . Bespoke Beauty reserves the right to cancel, delay , change or shorten treatments and services where reasonably necessary due to the effects of any of the terms and conditions listed below. Once booking has been made and accepted by us , you will enter a legally binding contract with us on the terms below.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS 

Booking appointments with bespoke beauty are essential, as the majority of appointments are now booked online and none refundable deposits are now being taken this is to protect us against late cancellations and no shows . We recommend you book your appointment in advance by using our online system for instant booking of your appointment, a confirmation email will be sent and also a reminder email before your booked appointment. You also have options to change or amend your booking. Alternatively you can contact the salon on 01946 552800 or message our socials on facebook and instagram or email but we cannot gurantee an istant response, however, you will be replied to.  If you have any questions regarding any of the treatments or courses please dont hesitate to contact . If you cannot attend your appointment please let us know soon as you can and in line with our cancellation policy , we will understand and also gives us the chance to fill the appointment and another customer the opportunity to book.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your appointment , please contact or ammend your appontment at least 48 hours in advance, this will give us an opportunity to try and fill your appointment and offer it to another customer. late cancellations after the 48 hours  will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost. 

NO SHOWS 

Sometimes unforseen circumstances can arrise and we fully understand this, however if you have booked your appointment and resulted in a no show with no form of prior contact in line with our policy this will result in a 80% charge of the treatment cost. This is to help cover the cost of our working time booked out by you, as we will not be able to fill your space that you have booked in time. And help prevent loss of earnings. 

LATE ARRIVALS 

We understand that sometimes being late outside of your control happens , we always endeavour  to try our best to accomomodate our valued customers, but arriving more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accomodate your full treatment, which will still result in full price being charged. 

We advise you to plan ahead your journey and your booking to bespoke to prevent any delays such as parking issues, or travel time.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your booking, please do not attend with groups of people they will be asked to leave the salon, we do not allow groups in at any one time out of respect for other clients and treatments going on and health and safety reasons .Any inappropriate behaviour may be reported to the police and asked to leave the premises.

REFUNDS - PRODUCTS 

We cannot give refunds on any products sold for health and hygeine reasons but we can send it to the manufacturer to escalate the issue.

REFUND - SERVICES 

All our treatments are carried out by fully qualified and insured professionals . If you have an issue with your treatment please bring it to your therapists attention  at the time of your treatment so this can be resolved straight  away. You can also follow our complaints procedure if you feel the matter still isnt resolved. We do not give refunds on treatments however we will try and resolve issues. 

E.G if you are not happy with your nails, brows ect please state at the time. If for example you get home and with in a couple of days your nails have fallen off this could be an issue with products and we will be happy to resolve , but we cant refund  or resolve ( for free) if you have expierenced issues more than a week after. 

CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE 

We pride ourselfs on keeping the salon clean and hygienic wherever possible at all times, we feel it is paramount for our clients health and saftey , our equipments, beds , towels , tools are cleaned , sanatized or sterilized after every client.Dispoasables, consumables, and sharpes are disposed of correctly and safley.

LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL ITEMS 

We will not be resonsible for any loss or damage to your personal items.

INJURY 

we will not be held responsible for any injury that was not due to our neglect 

CHILDREN 

For insurance purposes please refrain from bringing children to the salon , strictly no children are to be left unattended within the salon due the nature of some of the equipment and chemical prodcuts within the salon , we cannot look after or be responsible for your children whilst you are having your treatment .

CLIENT ALLLERGIES AND MEDICAL INFO

All clients are asked to fill out a medical questionare upon registration, it is the clients resposibility and best interests to disclose any allergies or medical conditions they may have , and issues that may prevent them from having a treatment , it is also applicable to advise us of any change that may occur after completing the form , and we may ask to repeat this every 6 months.

PATCH TESTING 

It is important you have a patch test before booking any services like tinting , lifting , and chemical treatments marked with a patch  test rquirement , this may repeated every 3-6months, And confirm upon booking that you have had a negative or positive patch test.

STAFF ILLNESS or ABSCENCE 

We reserve the right to cancel ,amend or change your appoinment in the unfortunate event of illness or emergency and cannot carry out your appointment , if you have payed a deposte you will be refunded .

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE 

Bespoke Beauty will aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible , and aim to respond to you within 48 hours please send your complaint to :

any complaints that has not been raised with us will not be dealt with.

any complaints that is found to be maliciously spread over social media with out giving us the opportunity to resolve may result in legal action being taken against you .

PRICING

While we always strive to keep our prices competative , we can change our website  pricing with out prior warning. All our prices are inclusive of VAT 20%.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING COURSES 

It is important that you read these terms and conditions before making any booking with us. Once a booking has been made and accepted by us, you will enter a legally binding contract with us on the terms below. 

1) The meaning of some words used in these terms and conditions 

'we' 'us' 'our' is a reference to Bespoke Beauty And Academy whitehaven england.

'you' or 'your' is a reference to the person whom we are providing our services and who is required to pay for the services we provide .

'course' courses' means the course or courses provided by us to you as part of the service.

'Treatments' are on the website these are the treatments and serives we provide to our customers whom are required to pay for these treatments in salon.

'parties' is a reference to both us and you. 

'services - means the beauty course/s treatments and any ancillary course materials that we provide to you pursuant to your booking, further details of which appears on our website and on your booking confirmation. 

2) entering into a legal binding contract 

2.1)when you place your order for one or more of our services it is an offer by you to enter into a legal contact with us.

2.2)you and we will only enter into a binding contract when you receive  notification from us that we accepted your order . oncw we accept your order , a binding contract between you and us will come into being subject to these terms and conditions .

2.3) you should keep a copy of these terms and conditions for your records . If you have any questions regarding them please ask us.

3) Refunds and returns 

We provide training courses that will include both practical and digital content.

we provide face to face and home pre study courses. 

Deposits are completely non - refundable and non transferable on cancelations and no shows. 

for face to face training, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of the date you booked the course via website, phone, message or email with a £85 cancellation fee from the total balance paid. After 7 days of the date that you booked the course we reserve the right not to refund any monies however we can offer a credit note.

We reserve the right to cancel training at any time and re book. 

For online or home study courses strictly no refund as full service is provided within the 14 day cancellation period as all students have access to all course manuals, there are strictly no refunds or exchanges on the courses. 

Course materials are provided on the day, if we supply a kit at any time and you wish to return it please do so unopened, unused after 7 days , kits are none refundable however a credit note can be issued. 

Software technical problems 

in the rare event that our server or site could go down we endeavour to get it fixed as soon as possible. we do not refund any courses due to this. 

Insurance/Accreditation 

we have insurance options for our students in the uk 

we are fully accredited with center of CPD excellence 

it is the purchasers responsibility to check with their insurer if they cover our courses. we do not offer any refund if a student has not checked with their current insurance prior to training as we are not responsible for insurance. 

4) Proving the service 

4.1) Once we and you have entered into a legally binding contract we will provide you the appropriate digital manual via email and practical training sessions on the dates and times stated on our booking confirmation . Occasionally the practical training sessions will be provided at some other date or time or be dependent on a number of factors , please see below.

4.2)Our aim is to always provide you with the services ;

4.2.1) using reasonable care and skill; within the period as agreed , if a time period has not been agreed in advance , then within a reasonable time period.

4.2.2) in compliance with commonly accepted practices and standards in the beauty industry;

and 

4.2.3) in compliance with the laws  and regulations of uk in force at any time we carry out the services.

4.3) courses which include practical training sessions which will take place on the date , time and at the venue as specified in your booking confirmation , sometimes we may need to change the date and venue if this happens we will notify you. 

5) practical training dates are provisionally scheduled and then confirmed 7 days prior to the event .  All monies should be payed by this time.  If your training date needs to be re scheduled we will notify you and and rearrange  or training day fee refunded, if  manual has been sent to you you will still be reliable for the fee of the manual.

 

you cannot cancel your order for the supply of content manuals if the delivery has started upon your request 

6) you are required to be at the location of the practical training 15 minutes prior to the stated commencement time in your booking confirmation . our accreditation bodies require that you have attended the practical training and completed the course. if you fail to attend , we may claim reasonable net costs from the fee paid, if you have a reason for none attendance then there will be a process appeal . if failure to attend practical or assessment date will not be able to provide you with your certificate.

7) as part of your course fee , you understand that you are entitled to one complementary assessment or review day, if you attend further assessments due to not meeting the standards a £150 fee for each further assessments. 

8) our practical training days are either one to one or a max of 4 students 

9) please wear suitable plain clothing or tunic with hair tied back.

10) you will be expected to work on each other so it is important you do not have for example lash extensions on if attending a lash course or nails extensions if your attending a nail course , if you cannot be worked on you will be required to contact us prior. 

11) for health and safety reasons children are not permitted .

12) Intellectual property 

any of bespoke beauty and academy  manuals must not be re shared or copied , any reproduction or unlawful use may result in legal action . 

13) prices and payment. 

our course fees are displayed on our website and your booking confirmation.

13.1) in the event that we have made a mistake in the course fees quoted to you , for example a technical  error we will notify and rectify the issue. you may either pay the balance in full or choose to cancel. 

14) all fees must be paid within the times scales given to you.  your booking will not be confirmed with out deposit. 

15) course certificates will not be issued whilst any outstanding fees.

16) once in attendance of the course you are liable for fee of the course,, if you leave the course at ant stage you are still required to pay the course in full .

17) exclusion and liability of liability 

this clause limits our liability to you and we suggest that you read through its provisions carefully. 

17.1) we do not exclude or limit liability for any loss or damage suffered by you which is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach by us of this contract. In the event that any loss or damage suffered by you relates to your business activities then we exclude all liability for any business loss of profits and in particular we exclude all liability for loss of profits or other economic loss arising out of a breach of this contract.

17.2) you should not take any personal items into the training centre , we cannot accept responsibility for any valuables or possessions which go missing or damaged unless this has been a result of our negligence.

18) as we work on each other we are still in training on rare occasion, things may result in a not so good treatment performed by the student for example too much brow hair has  been taken off , a wax graze to the skin ect we cannot be held responsible for  responsible this.

19) we will keep all student/ customer details private on confidential, photos are only submitted online with customer consent.

21)  amendments to the terms and conditions - we have the right to amend the terms and conditions of this contract where;

we need to do so on order to comply with changes in the law or for regulatory reasons.;

we need to correct any errors 

22) contract (rights of third parties) Act 1999

for the purpose of the contract rights of third parties act 1999 this contract is not intended to , and does not give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce any of its provisions .

23) law and jurisdiction 

this contract shall be governed and construed by the law of uk and you and we to submit the jurisdiction of the courts of united kingdom.
